This is a London high quality food that has opened locally! Honestly this is one of the best Pizza’s I have ever eaten and those crusts are on another level! That’s the end of Pizza Express takeaway for us

Was recommended to this new Pizza Collection business what a discovery. My Pizza Bianca (no tomato sauce) was delicious with lovely mozzarella & an egg yolk that made it very indulgent. Look forward to trying the others. Highly recommend. Excuse the photo but had to take a bite as it smelled so good when I opened the box

We arrived at 5 but the hatch hadn’t been opened yet and we weren’t quite sure if they were ready. We waited near by with a beautiful video of the fields and cows. It’s located in a beautiful countryside area. Once they opened we ordered a margarita with the smokey garlic dip. It came very quickly considering two other people who arrived had precooked. The servers were friendly and checked what times we wanted our food. The food came pipping hot. Sadly there isn’t anywhere around to sit down, so we wandered back to battlers green farm shop and sat in the bench there. The pizza was cut in 4 so the slices were huge! It didn’t have much structure to it and was quite floppy so we folded the slice in half to be able to dip it and not loose the cheese of the top. I thought the tomato sauce was very tasty and although the base of the dough didn’t have much structure the crust was very well done with some oil and a good crisp edge. I personally felt the cheese had no flavour and just made the pizza quite dense, I think they need to use higher quality mozzarella. The sauce was amazing the garlic flavour was more subtle but the smokey flavour was delicious. Also a note, they don’t allow you to do orders under £10, so if you want the marinara you have to have something with it. Overall pretty good, I would go back again to try one of their other options.

Fantastic pizza!! We ordered three different varieties to try, and every single one was delicious. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the dough was perfection. Light, airy, and full of flavor, and each pizza was cooked to absolute perfection. It’s exciting to have such a high quality pizzeria in Radlett, and we can’t wait to order again next week. A must try for everyone!
